Return & Refund Policy

Contact us first
Please email us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Include your order number and the reason for the return request.
Return window
Contact us within 14 days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be authorized, unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. KitsuneCodex covers reasonable return shipping when an item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact hello@kitsunecodex.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement when available or an appropriate refund.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before a shipping label is created; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear; timing may vary by financial institution.
