Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include carrier transit time. We will contact you if an unusual delay affects your order.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $50 or more receive free standard shipping. The final shipping charge is displayed before you complete checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and address issues may affect arrival times.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to scan a newly created label.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins, and customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Missing packages
Check the tracking details and delivery address first. If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or the package is still missing 3 business days after it was marked delivered, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
